Summary: MINIMUM 4 DAYS ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour includes hotel pick-up. Rates are per person in US dollars and include collision insurance and taxes. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-250-9644. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Weather Permitting

Snowmobile tours are dependent upon adequate snow levels. If you wish to order this tour at either the beginning or the end of the November through Mid-May season, please call us first at 800-250-9644 to check on specific availability.

Single Riders Only

This tour is for single snowmobile riders only. No passengers allowed - all participants must be qualified (see Important Information below) and experienced snowmobile drivers.

Important Information

Driver's License: Drivers must be fully licensed to drive automobiles in their country of residence.

Release of Liability and Waiver Form: It is mandatory for all tour participants to sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.

Collision Coverage: Zero-deductible collision coverage is mandatory and is included in your tour price.

Full Faced Helmet: It is mandatory for all ATV and Snowmobile Tour participants to wear a Department of Transport Safety Approved Full Faced Helmet while on the tour.

Alcohol: Under no circumstances is any person suspected of intoxication beyond the legal driving limit in British Columbia permitted to participate as a driver or passenger in any tour. Persons denied participation will not receive a refund.

Pregnancy: Safety regulations require that Canadian Snowmobile Adventures not permit pregnant women to ride as driver or passenger on a snowmobile or ATV. All mother's to be are welcome on our snowcat or 4X4 Van tours.

Health: Adventure sport activities are not recommended for individuals who suffer back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. Consult your physician prior to participation.

What To Wear: SNOWMOBILING: Dress warm and wear your own ski suit if you can. You will be more comfortable and save time in change room. We will supply ski suits to those who require them. ATV'S: Wear close toed shoes. We supply raingear, including jackets and bib pants. Year-round we will supply you with helmets, gloves, goggles and snowboots / rain-boots.

Weight: The ideal weight for a smooth ride on our machines is 170kg (350 lbs.) or less. Please keep this in mind when organizing double riders.

Cameras: There are many beautiful sights along the trails of Whistler. We encourage you to bring a camera along. Please bring a small backpack or "fanny" pack to store it in while you are riding the ATVs / snowmobile.
